- What are you worth? How will you get your next big break? Who values your professional experience? These are the questions that NotchUp answers in a twist that turns the job market on its ear. notchup.com is a recruiting site for people who aren’t looking for a job, but who are actively managing their careers. And the novel get-paid-to-interview model disrupts the professional recruiting game. What’s that we hear? The sounds of uploading resumes, no doubt.

I think the idea of doing-nothing-wait-for-a-job-to-find-you is very appealing to many people. Mind, there are more employed people than unemployed, but most of people would like to have an opportunity to find a better job while doing nothing. I am very curious to see if it's going to work.

It doesn’t look like NotchUp was the only ones to come up with this idea. I’d guess that by the rapidity this Applicant Tree site has come together, they were developing the same idea in tandem with NotchUp. They probably stepped up their timeline to compete. Looks like they have a real shot of doing so since they appear to be more secure and less hassle than the other guy. I’ll be checking them out.

why is the site so slow?

you should reconsider your website, it is a direct copy of the Grandcentral website.

Build your own website and stop stealing other people's websites!

Great Idea!
