- CHALEX Corp. is launching BpDAM, an online software service that eliminates the need for email attachments and enables businesses to orchestrate remote collaborations and securely share digital files of any type. The intuitive browser-based services include the ability to run multiple concurrent collaborations within projects, manage groups, share archives and collections, and employ library tools for meta data tagging, searching and version control. BpDAM is available as either a shared online software service or a dedicated appliance.

- CHALEX operates in the “connected productivity” market space, where asset management, business process management, communications and collaboration overlap. Wainhouse, DataMonitor and Ovum estimate the market at $20 billion. Gartner predicts that the team collaboration software market will grow at a rate of 15.9% through 2011.
