- The Intellifit System uses low-power radio waves to measure fully-clothed shoppers in about ten seconds and then recommend best-fitting apparel brands, styles and sizes. The Intellifit Network of participating brands and retailers, plus the ease of use for the consumer, will make Intellifit the ultimate search engine for clothing.
- Market Opportunity
- The global apparel market is over $600B per year and 62% of US shoppers complain that they cannot find clothes that fit. Returns of catalog and online orders, the fastest growing sales channel, are in excess of 30% due to fit. Over $8B is spent annually on alterations. Intellifit will improve the consumer shopping experience, the profitability of retailers and manufacturers, and the efficiency of the entire apparel design and supply chain process.
