Matt Marshall, DEMO Co-Executive Producer and Editor-in-Chief, VentureBeat

Another new feature we’re introducing this year at the DEMOfall conference in San Diego is a peek at some technologies that may not be here quite yet, but which will bang us over the head in the near future.

These products won’t be fully ready for market launch. However, they will reveal where exciting core technology developments are taking us. I call it the “DEMO labs” part of our program. It’s a way for the DEMO audience to see yet another phase of emerging technology — and it’s relevant for business decisions, because these technologies are coming soon.
